I purchased it because I'm trying to fix my dowager's hump before it gets too severe and I ended up using it for so much more. I get painful sharp sensations in my feet after walks and stretching doesn't last very long before the pain comes back. Once I used the spiked ball and rolled it on each food for a minute each after a walk or once a day, my sharp pains are virtually nonexistent. I also used the smooth balls after shoulder surgery (I got a frozen shoulder) and used it to work out kinks and tight muscles. It also works really well on loosening my muscles in my neck to improve my dowager's hump. I wasn't expecting a miracle but these products did far more than I expected. Great Value
My physical therapist uses a similar item at his practice, he suggested I get a set so I could do my exercises at home as well. These are just as great ad the ones he uses but at a fraction of the cost.

Good quality set with nice variety
So far they are strong and do the job. It took me awhile to find a complete set. And when I saw these such a great price, I was very happy to give them to my husband for a gift.

Not great
The small ball is too small, the spikes balls are way sharper than others I have tried. The Peanut ball is too small to use on my neck

Lasted only 2 uses
Used the ball twice and the glue between the layers of foam gave out.
