Heel and shoe savers.
Perfect heel cusion and shoe saver. Good thickness and soft material. With these inserted in the heal of my shoe im able to wear comfortably with no heal rub or irritation. There are a few pairs of shoes that don't quite fit the best regardless of them being the correct size. Do to style, maker, or just made wrong. I have thrown out several pricey shoes from frustration after a horrible day of walking misery. Now with the first indication of heel rub I place these heels grips that stay fixed in place and am able to keep my shoes and sanity.

Game changer for dress shoes!
Highly recommend these for dress shoes. My heels were killing me if I wore these to work and it eventually led to blisters. I had a friend that told me about these. These are an absolute game changer!! They make you able to wear the most uncomfortable shoe for even longer with no rubbing or blistering on the back of your heels.!! The only downfall is the stickiness isn the greatest.

Stick well.
These are just like what came in my tennis shoes. I used my tennys to judge where to place them. It worked great. Wearing them on my walk tomorrow. If there are any issues i will update.

Comfortable but didn’t last
The pads were comfortable inside the heel of my shoe when first applied, but unfortunately they came off pretty easy. They ended up sticking to my sock better than my shoe. I am disappointed as they didn’t last long at all before coming off.

Once fixed in the desired comfort zone. Dr.Foot Heel Grips, hugs my heels like a well fitted pair of gloves. INITIAL FACTS: These heel grips have elevated my love for my recent on line shoe purchase, far above my priliminary expectations. Simply said ... "They're great on the heels in preventing blisters." Also, the wearability is beneficial to those who are looking to downsize their footwear 1/4" to 1/2". ADDED FACTS: The fit is adjustable, based on your desired positioning of the heel grips which also enhances the slip resistance when fitted to your liking. CONCLUDING FACTS: The durablity is yet to be experienced. Nevertheless, in this moment ... I'm now stepping with confidence and comfort in my elevated proper footwear.

Amazing! very natural and just the right thickness for helping my shoes to fit. Delivery was fast and came well packaged. Very soft to, and they have not come off of my shoes after near constant ware

pretty easy to install. but the quality of these are cheap and they have started to wear down already after only a few months of use. but i suppose they have done the job for the time being.
