I ended up having restless leg syndrome after my back surgery. Ive looked up everything to try to help. One of these with heat was suggested. I was barely getting any sleep and when I tried this, I fell asleep with it still going! Don't know if that's exactly safe or not but I was happy it helped me fall asleep! Great pressure. Fit pretty good. If you have RLS, GET THIS!!

The compression is great, however, I have blisters on the outside of my calves from the heating option. I had it on the lowest setting but apparently that causes 3rd degree burns. I most likely won’t use the heat option but will continue to use it for compression purposes.UPDATE: The seller reached out to me after reading my review and provided exceptional customer service. Due to this, I updated my review score from a 3 star to a 4 star review. It is rare to find great customer service, however, this seller exceeded my expectations.

I bought one of these for my wife last year and it has been amazing for her circulation. We ran into a small problem and the companies support was unreal. They sent us a complete new device so I have to say our expectations have been blown away. A company that actually cares, takes care of their customers because honestly we will support future products with service line that. Amazing service even better support! Very happy.

Great idea but cumbersome to use. Wife used them a few times but then stopped. To much bother for the relief offered.

I had to return, one of the sleeves felt like it had a rock in it. I had on the loosest I could and it squeezed very tight on my sore legs

Had emergency knee surgery in December. Twice within a week. Needless to say, circulation and swelling was an issue. Bought this to use after work to reduce the swelling and man if it ain’t nice. There is a learning curve. If the pads are too tight, it will hurt and the heat on high is HOT! It has helped tremendously. Would love to find a pair that plugs in the charger so I could use them on the school bus. Totally recommend

Amazon Prime delivery was prompt. I was quite satisfied using the cuff daily until a defect in workmanship. The stiching on the smaller flap came undone. I emailed the company with an attached photo. I was contacted by someone in customer service requesting proof of purchase from Amazon, which I provided. I was expecting a replacement for the defective left leg cuff. To my amazement, Quinear promptly sent me a complete replacement of the whole device.
