I am amazed at how well these patches work! I have used several things over the years, but these real ease the muscle knots and pains. The only downside side is the odor is strong for a little while, but it is worth it!

I have tried several kinds of these herbal pain relieving patches for back pain as well as various muscular type injuries. I have found these to be the most effective brand. I have thrown out my back so severely that I had to lay on the floor. I was stunned when my back markedly improved over night. I also sent a few types of these patches to my 80 year old mother who has severe arthritis pain. She thought these were the most helpful and asked me to order her more. Two drawbacks: the aroma is strong, so unless it is really necessary, I try not to wear them in confined spaces with other people around. (They also definitely smell up my clothes and sheets). They also can hurt when you peel them off. I try to keep them on until they start to peel off or take them off in the shower. For me, the pain relief is worth the hassle.

It did help the pain and my husband liked the warm pain reliever, for his back pain. My husband thought it helped his pain. But he did not like the rash he got. It might be because he kept the patches on too long.

For 12 hour relief of overworked muscles, swelling, general pain from overdoing it, I am 75 yrs old and still do heavy duty gardening tasks and digging, raking, planting on 4 acres. My hands swell badly and my forearms and shoulders suffer pain from overdoing it. THESE WORK!

I used the patches around the base of my neck last week due to soreness/stiffness in my traps. I had them on for a few hours and took them off before bed. It left an open sore on my neck and my skin felt and looked like i had a second degree sunburn. If you look at the images already posted for these reviews this is what happens. This is a harmful product.
