Q: Is this light compatible with the Mutt Akita 125 2022 model?

I fitted one to my Herald 250 Classic and it fitted fine. The light comes with bullet connectors. The easiest way to connect the wiring up is to cut off the block connector from your old headlight, leaving sufficient wire to put the female bullet connectors on and then connect the headlight with the block connector.

Q: Does this lamp disperse the light correctly for uk roads?

Yes. It has a neutral beam pattern (all our LED headlights do) which is MOT-compatible
