This stuff seemed to work really good with the ball hone that I was using but I hate paying so damn much for when you can use the quart of motor oil just the same

you should have the proper oil when doing hone work so why not buy what the manufacture of the hone recommends and this oil has other uses

Honing oil
Appropriate for honing. Simple screw on nozzle with small hole to apply into cylinder bore. Very little used per cylinder, will last a long time.
