So this product does what it says it will by helping you "shred" your mid section. I did it in the morning and before bed with a sauna vest for workouts. This product shreds your mid section and your love handles (oblique area) by removing excess water from these areas and leabing your skin feeling firmer from the removal. Now with that, it also seems to pull water from your stomach area making your body loose the fluids that help keep things soft when going #2. Do not make the same mistake i did and get a week in and realize it was too late to account for this. Thank me later sonyou dont have to give birth to a monolith later. Results are temporary fyi perfect before a show or beach season to keep that water weight off for beach season try to start 2 weeks in advance to reap the benefit!

The first time I ordered this product I was a little bit skeptical because you know everyone promises results, but they take time or hard to see, however this product really changed my mind. If you do workout and use it the right way you will start to note the difference and see the results as soon as 2 weeks..., keep in mind that when you are using this products you will not see any changes or notice the difference right way, but I do think that to see results in 2 weeks is amazing. Now lets be real you will feel the gel is working from the very first time you use it because you will feel in the application zone a little burn and this sensations will keep every time you use it. It is a very good product I totally recommend it.

I read great reviews on this product. I am sad to say that it has not done anything for me. I’ve been using it for weeks now and I’m still not seeing any changes.

I went into this with no expectations because there are far too many products that produce no positive results. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this really does have a slimming effect. My weight has bounced around between 110s to 140s the past few years so it's hard to keep the extra skin at bay, but this stuff has made quite the quick change. I don't regularly do any strenuous exercise because I deal with exercise intolerance, but I walk and activate my core a lot throughout the day to try to avoid too much weakening of my abdominal muscles. I'm assuming it's the combination of core activation and application of this gel producing the results, and not just one or the other. I think, if people aren't seeing results from using the gel alone, they should at least incorporate core activation since it's super easy and you can do it while doing pretty much anything else. OR if they're reading these reviews right now contemplating on buying it because exercise alone hasn't worked, IT'S WORTH THE SHOT. You might find yourself to be pleasantly surprised like I was. And it's not even expensive, and one tube will last a long time.

I’m 56 and work as a weightlifting coach, personal traine.r as well as a strength and conditioning coach. I also still compete in powerlifting. You name it, I’ve experienced it over the last 30 years. Some things work, and others are gimmicks. This shredding gel is the real deal! I’m 5’11” and have dropped to the 181 class. This gel has actually helped redefine my midsection (which wasn’t too bad already) even more! I put in on every night before going sleep. I put it before every workout - especially on days when core work is done. I can now see the separations in my abdominal wall. Numerous people have recently complimented me on my physique and midsection. To be honest, I bought this, like many products, as my own experiment. I’m totally convinced it’s working to the way it’s advertised. Again, I’m 56 but feel 25! Satisfied!

Don't bother, stuff doesn't do anything. Every spring I do a cut to take off the fat gained over the fall and winter. I've done this for years and know what my body will typically lose and how fast. I bought this stuff thinking it may help keep the skin in my ab area tighter while I drop the fat. I wasn't under any illusions that this would do anything for fat loss, because a product that topically reduces fat doesn't exist. The length of my cut was the same as previous years while using this product. I also noticed no improvements when it came to keeping my skin tighter. Bottom line, the product did nothing that wouldn't have happened without using it. So why the reviews from people saying it works? They're likely losing water. One of the main active ingredients in the product is alcohol, which will draw out excess water. If a person is carrying extra water weight, they'll likely lose some of it using this stuff due to the alcohol. Don't kid yourself though, you won't be losing any fat by using this.

I stand impressed. I figured this stuff was a gimmick, but wanting to see what all the fuss was about I ordered a bottle. A gel that tightens skin and shows definition? I wasn't buying it at first. However, I've gotten to use it over a week now and I can say that it actually does work. I believe the primary contributing ingredient to this would be the caffeine, since this product seemingly helps reduce water retention. I was also worried that the gel would be sticky or non-absorbent; again, not the case. The gel quickly dissolves into the skin, leaving behind virtually no residue. You really don't need too much to cover a large area (i.e. stomach), so there is no sense in "globbing" it on. It does leave behind a light odor on your hands and application area, so I always wash my hands immediately after use. Overall, I can see this as a great tool for a figure competitor a week or two out from their show!

For me, it didn't do anything. I didn't see an improvement while using it.
