Great resource book for coffee table
Great resource, covers a lot of ground. You wouldn't (likely) travel with it due to its weight but it's a great read for your coffee table

Treasure trove of a book, however .........
This was bought for a birthday gift - it is packed with useful information for planning short breaks and visiting interesting cities for the first time. Although I have been delighted with the book, I am less than delighted with the delivery by Amazon. Despite the fact that I was home when the delivery was made, the driver posted the book through the letter box. This is a weighty volume - I paid over £30 for this book. The impact of the package, in a light cardboard wrapping, hitting the floor damaged the corner of the hard back cover. Not a great look for a present.

gift for a friend - opened the book and a few pages had been ripped out
Gifted for a friend - when they opened the present they said that pages had been ripped out of the book and the front cover was slightly damaged
