Bought this primarily for my wife which does love skateboard/longboards but was kinda neglecting this hobby sometimes due to not be comfortable to carry them around.The skateboard is lightweight but also really solid and though. Had no problem carrying it on a plane using his bag.As a plus, my 3-year-old daughter also is having such a great time with it, really easy to learn and get along.

Bought for my son who is new to skateboarding. He is finding it easy to learn and a lot of fun and plans to use it next year at college. We especially like that the skateboard is lightweight & the handles for easy carrying. Great product.

I would totally give this 5 stars, except that it really looked like mine is used (but it isn't). Scuffed on the front and side. Not worth sending it back, since I am sure it will be scuffed soon anyhow, but I can't give a five star review for that either. I wouldn't have left any review because I feel like a 4 star review is harmful and I think this is a really great company with a great idea and great product that meets a real need, but if I leave a review there's a sticker saying I will get a free adjustment tool. So I guess that shows their integrity - they are willing to air their dirty laundry in public to be sure they really get feedback!I looked at the Elos when I was thinking about learning to longboard (at age 44!). I love the portability and wide platform and my feet fit on it better than I thought they would! But I actually didn't buy before learning to ride on another skateboard. I got a Boarder Kontrol skateboard because it had a for-real brake. Sounds strange, but I am committed to keeping my bones as much as possible the way they were before I started this hobby. Now that I don't totally suck at riding it, I can go without the brake, but I needed something smaller and more portable, and it is well-made and good looking and actually meets my needs. Can't wait to travel with it!Before I forget, be sure to actually watch the videos. The little pegs on the back can be used kinda like a kicktail. That fact was kind of a game changer for me on deciding to buy it.

So far so good, took awhile to balance on it due to its compact nature, had to learn on a normal skateboard with smaller wheels first because the Elos just wants to GO. When I've learnt to balance on it though, the ride is smooth due to the large wheels. It's also compact and easy to carry, but also know that you might not be able to perform the same pickup/drop tricks taught on YouTube due to its nonstandard size.Came in a beautiful presentation though, and I still really like the look of it.Hoping that eventually I can power slide on it in order to take full advantage of its speediness, don't know if that's possible!Update: fell off it and sprained my ankle. Because of how speedy it is, any path that is even slightly downhill can accelerate it to a level that is difficult to control. A plus if you are skilled at breaking and controlling it, but if you are just learning like me, gotta take it slow!

I’m on my 3rd day of using this board. It’s awesome! My kid loves it and half the time I’m searching for it because it is never where I left it as someone else has skated off with it! I bought this board for me, a middle aged woman wanting to learn again. I was never that great at it when I was younger but with the helpful videos from Elos I’m moving right along. It’s a lot of fun. The board is light, as you can see from the picture I’m holding it with one hand. It’s much faster than I thought too. Highly recommend and would absolutely purchase again!

I've been watching the mini long board market for a while and flirting with purchasing one of the knockoffs to try first, but once the price came down a bit I decided to trust in the reviews and small features included in this board that weren't present in the others. I'm truly glad I did.After loosening the trucks, I'm getting some nice carving out of the board, and it carries my 200 lb frame much better than the small penny I was using for travel. The table feet are such a great idea, and I've not seen them on any of the competitors - one of those small reasons I came back to elos after all my shopping.I still need some time to break in the board a bit, and there's a little rattle when there's no weight on the board, and I think I need to tune the trucks a bit more but it's smooth sailing, good balance, nice turns and easy carrying. Love it so far, and we'll see how it fares in the airports soon! Nicely done elos!

lame, you can get such a better quality board for $30 more dollars. used once then threw it away

Great for all levels, our kids(8 & 10 yr olds) have been skateboarding for less than 10 months on & off. They started with a cheap board from Amazon & after a while it was falling a part. So we decided it was time for a new one & wanted one that was good to ride for begginers as well as advanced riders. As well as it had to be a board that was well made as our first one was cheap & we got what we paid for. So far we are 3 weeks into riding ( myself too) & the kids already say this is a much smoother ride as small bumps or rocks don't bother them. 🙌😁

the board is way too small at 45cm, the nose should be bigger to have more foot placement, the grip is awful and the foot anchor should be at the front not the back, the trucks are made of plastic only 2 parts are in metal the axel and the baseplate. this is a RKP trucks but they give you TKP bushing and kingpin ...smh need a lot of work is needed to improve this thing. if you have 0 skate experience this is a 4 star , but even a penny board is better than this... and cheaper!!!
