Well, I do believe this is the closest shave I've ever had and I've been electric since needing to shave over 60 years ago. Why did nobody else think of having the cutter head unit move to fit the face as you shave? Brilliant idea. Shaver is comfortingly heavy and feels robust and well constructed. Trimmer provides pinpoint accuracy. Charging is simplicity itself and doesn't take long to reach full charge... and a standard 3-pin plug fitted to boot ! - no more fiddling with adaptors. Only thing I would say is, the supplied cleaning brush has rather stiff bristles, which I can imagine damaging the delicate foil- I'm using a much softer small paint brush for that job.

On my 2nd one of these , previous one lasting 4 years before the trimmer gave out. Foil still fine after 4 years. This is a Solid piece of kit. Weighty in the hand, easy to hold. Shaves nicely at last on my aging skin. Nice design.

After my son's other electric razor broke we thought we'd give this one a go (price being a contributing factor). It's taken him a bit of getting used to. For some reason it wasn't quite as straight forward as carrying on as he had been with his previous shaver. I think what it is is that this one is not quite so good at chowing straight into week long stubble. In fact, the results were pretty rough just using it straight as a shaver. It took much much longer and didn't do such a clean job. Roll on a week and I coaxed him to try a different approach (he has autism, change isn't easy). This time he first used the trimmer attachment all over to trim the longest of the hairs (very good trimmer I have to say and great for the side burns), and only then did he move to using the foils. Definite improvement and closer shave. Unfortunately, he can't cope with this long-winded way of shaving. So, the compromise is to shave twice a week, just using the foils. This is working well, despite the protests (did I say he doesn't like shaving?!). The moral of the story? It is actually quite a nice and robust shaver, good trimmer and decent foils and easy to clean. It's downfall, for us, is that it is not one for more than about 3-4 day stubble. If you're also a reluctant shaver and like to just do so once a week, you may wish to invest a bit more and buy a different brand.

Took about 4 weeks for my skin to get use to this electric razor as I've always used a DE razor and had to change due to a skin problem. I can't fault this razor, and after persevering with it, I get an acceptable close shave. When fully charged, it lasts about one week, and the side trimmer is a bonus too. I would definitely recommend for the price.

I bought this shaver again as my last one which lasted 5 years and was same except was damaged stock but new in box and I maintained regularly with oil eventually developed a very small hole in the foil gauze which caused a slight nip when shaving it always charged quickly and was very reliable so went for same again this one so far is perfect I’ve only used it dry same as last but shaves 3 day growth quite good compact and easy to clean

There is a very good reason why this item is so cheap, it's very poor quality. It gives a reasonable shave and battery life is not bad but having used it for a shade over 12 months the foil now has a hole in it. I only noticed when blood started running down my face. I don't have anywhere near to a heavy or coarse beard so for this part to fail so soon is simply extremely annoying. Save your money and put it towards a better quality unit.

UPDATE. I've had this shaver for 10 months and while everything I said before holds true the foil heads have proved to be very fragile. I'm on my 4th one already. Average life appears to be about 3 months. After the first one failed I thought I might have been a little heavy handed with the cleaning and so have been much more gentle since but to no avail.. makes it rather expensive to own. Therefore I have to downrate it from 5 stars. Was a little bigger than I expected but is comfortable to hold and gives a very good shave. Battery life as so far proven to be very good. One of the selling points for me was the lead having a uk 3 pin plug instead of the usual 2 pin that requires an adapter. I used to just chop these off a fit a normal 3pin plug but so many shavers now seem to have the transformer built into the plug so that is no longer an option

excellent quality cutters can recommend, I would say it is better than the Bosch I have always previously used and cheaper.

Barely works - don’t advise to get

First time using a foil razor and I must admit away better than using your traditional Gillette razors, this wahl foil razor is definitely great to try and will highly recommend

Contro: Manca la spina italiana!!!! Non è velocissimo nella rasatura ci vogliono più passate Vedremo come andrà nel tempo……vi aggiorno!🤓
