Delivered promptly. I really like this magnesium. It's not the brand I have traditionally bought but I won some in a competition a while back and now it's converted me to buying this brand. I find it is excellent quality and I do feel a difference, especially with my sleep. I don't think this is my imagination but I'm relative new to the brand and so far so good. It's not cheap but you get what you pay for. I think this is a quality brand and my aim is to keep buying it. I'll be interested to see how my sleep continues going forward.

I've taken magnesium supplements for years, at first it was on the advice of one of my consultants which pushed me into additing it into my daily life before adding in more 'serious ' level medications. It does help absorb calcium which is major for myself. Although I'm not so certain on how this specific product aided sleep. It's difficult to tell because I've not been in a sleeping phase at all so I can only say that it didn't seem to make any difference to my natural sleep phases. No issue with the capsule size, easy to open the rub, store and to access daily

Excellent product! Was recommended this by a friend, nothing else worked for me but I thought id give it a go as I have poor sleep and wow!! it knocked me out for 8 hours solid. Can’t recommend highly enough.
