The MV12 Aluminum Handled Snip has replaceable blades. The part number for the replacement blades is/are MV12RB. by entering the part number ( MV12RB ) into the search bar in/on AMAZON.COM, you will see the results. Will they cut indoor outdoor carpeting?

I'm not sure about indoor outdoor carpet? I tried it on rubbed backed carpet and it didn't work very well! It works great on vinyl flooring vinyl tongue and groove planking!

Will they cut 26gauge ductwork?

I have not tried to cut duct work but they easily cut some metal flashing and some guttering I was messing with.
