Perfect for 120 sq ft with limited sunlight exposure. Cools my bedroom in less than 5 minutes at 26 degrees setting cool mode with ceiling fan off.

For the past 3 months, since the product arrived, we are unable to operate it properly. There is some issue with the remote or its settings or something else with the cooling units . Many tickets have been raised and the issue details have been shared. Technicians have come and go without giving any resolution for this. The issue is this : we are unable to operate the remote at or after 6 pm in the evening. It does not work. I mean the remote seems to work but the ac display remains unaffected. The vendor that services this unit is very inefficient and despite asking them to send the engineers after 6 pm , they are unable to do so. Even the engineers are unwilling to work after 6 pm because their shift ends at that time. I have shared videos of this issue to the engineers. Despite that , they just close the ticket without resolution, which forces me to raise another one with the same details. Thing is : there is no option to describe the issue in details in the app. Hence, we need to tell the engineers everything from the beginning, every single time. We already have another ac in the other room and it works just fine. We thought, based on our experience with this one, the new one would also be great. But , we are terribly disappointed and are having second thoughts of doing away with this new one .

Product is good. It's worth of money but company installation cost is very high compared to other brand products. I spend the money 3200 .

If want poor after sale service feel free to go for this. My first of this brand.loyal voltas or lloyd customer. Overall product might be good but that's to be known in future after using but cc, installation after service what keeps the customer loyalty and makes new customer found them wanting in this department .buy it but after service and everything i experiences big ? ...hope it helps Pro:- It's very compact looks good.functionality seems ok too.cooling ok.noise almost not there which is very good even at max fan speed. Cons:- bought for 32.5 k which is a bit overpriced as compared to its other competitors and don't find any extra feature which justifies it's price comparatively Installation :- tricky you will be asked to pay higher not what shows here 999+gst .have to talk to cc to make my point as to why should i pay extra and then inpoad only what was mentioned on the platform here not a penny extra. After sevice not as voltas trust me :- right after installation called technician that water leaking from drainage as it was underground .he said he will come next day but didn't come as his job was done didn't matter to him anymore called cc have to follow up multiple times still not resolved .never happens this with voltas ever . I guess technician should have checked underground drainage lone before connecting else would have given drainage from outside visible pipe it should have been ok.bit not hecase.
