I swear by these. They are incredible and so helpful if you have any food sensitivities. Gluten and dairy bother me so I take this any time I feel like I may have eaten something I shouldn’t have. AMO este producto al tomarlo antes de la comida, así todo va mucho mejor. Ayuda a bajar de peso y si eres intolerante a la lactosa ésto es TOP. Simplemente lo recomiendo 100% ya que ayuda con la digestión de las grasas, y si las comidas no son tan sanas te ayudarán a digerirlas mucho mejor.
