I use flaxseed meal often in smoothies and baking, and this one has been working really well for me. The texture is fine and blends smoothly without clumping, and the flavor is mild enough that it doesn’t overpower anything I add it to. It’s an easy way to boost fiber and nutrition in my meals.The only thing I’m not a big fan of is the resealable bag. Like with some of their other products, it doesn’t always seal tightly, so I ended up transferring it into another container for storage.Other than that, I’m happy with the quality and how much you get for the price. If you use flaxseed meal regularly, this is a solid choice that works just as it should.

I love the fact this flax meal is organic and non gmo. I’m making ancient Bible bread.I think the flaxseed is too fine for the bread.Needs more water and it’s too dense.I might try half and half with fine and regular ground flax meal.
