Both Amazon and the bottle says:This formula requires refrigeration to maintain culture viability - mine did not come in a cold pack. Is it any good?

I had the same problem. Asked for money back. Did check with doctor who said if it was sent in two days could be alright but paying that much money I did not want to take the risk

Hi! I'd like to know if Saccharomyces boulardii is lyophilized or heat-dried. Thanks

Pure Encapsulations Saccharomyces Boulardii is not lyophilized. It undergoes "fluid bed processing" which passes a gas directly through the bed of solid material via a perforated plate, nozzles, or other fluidizing media, thereby lifting and mixing the solids. It is used to dry, cool and sterilize and allows for efficient processing without product degradation via its gentle fluidizing action.

Is this the cncm i-745 strain of saccharomyces boulardii? if not, which strain is it?

The strain that is in Pure Encapsulations Saccharomyces Bouldardii is Saccharomyces cerevisiae var boulardii CNCM-I-1079.
