I bought this specifically for my mom, who had been feeling very stressed lately due to work and daily life, with occasional anxiety that was affecting her sleep and mood. After researching natural options, I chose this Nature’s Bounty because it contains clinically studied KSM-66 Ashwagandha and L-Theanine—ingredients known for promoting calm without being strong medications. She’s been taking it for a few weeks (2 tablets a day, as directed), and the changes are noticeable: she’s much more relaxed, sleeps better at night, and handles stressful situations better without those anxiety spikes. She says she feels more energetic during the day but without feeling jittery, and her mood has improved a lot—she even smiles more! The tablets are easy to swallow, no weird taste or side effects (no daytime drowsiness). Great product Very effective

This would have been my third or fourth bottle of them. I loved them for the time that I had them however, I’m leaving them behind to use another brand as I need a lower dosage. They have been great. I recommend them to anybody considering them. They’re very easy to use and the size is not intolerable. I liked the ingredients that they had to offer especially the KSM 66 I noticed how calm I was and as someone who has been dealing with a lot of stress, I’ve gotten a great use out of them. Great for calming energy, I do find that pairing this with magnesium has been a great deal of help for me and I sleep better.

I did not realize that drowsiness is a possible side effect since so many reviews say there are no side effects, but it is in fact written on the bottle. For me, this could be an effective nighttime tool for reducing anxiety. However, it makes me feel sedated to the point that I don't see it as a viable option for reducing stress/anxiety during the day. I'm not sure if it makes me less stressed/anxious, or if it just makes me too tired to care. Will not continue using this.
