Unbelievable coffee and customer care
I dont often leave reviews but a few weeks ago I left a 1 star review (now 5 star) for the coffee. I didn't send a message complaing or asking for my money back I just put it down to experience.Imagine my surprise to receive a message from one of the founders offering an appology together with an offer of a full refund or a replacement 40 capsules together with instructions on how to clean our coffee machine.A few days later the replacement coffee and cleaning pods turned up in the post along with a hand written note. We tasted the new coffee which was much better than the first batch in fact we have ordered a further 80 capsules we like it that much.The coffee is excellent and the customer care unbelievable, well worth trying for yourself and as a plus you are helping to reduce recycling and landfill.

Great value for money but taste not on the money for me
Coffee arrived quickly and I really wanted to find some compostable nespresso pods for my machine and daily caffeine fix. However, I really don't like the taste of this coffee. I've tried a few compostable versions now, by different brands, but I find the flavour lacks the real punch that I got from the actual Nespresso pods from Nespresso. The search continues.

Great taste but can start breaking down in your machine!
They’re aren’t many fully compostable fair trade nespresso compatible pods on the market so I was pleased these taste so great. Only problem is that they start to decompose in the machine and can get stuck. I don’t have a branded nespresso machine so might not be the pods fault entirely. Fixed by popping them out manually while they are still hot so no biggy.

Tastes great-- but pods disintegrate in machine!
The flavour and packaging are fine. The pods are compostable which is why I bought them (eco friendly) but they are made of paper and the paper tears and sticks to the machine each time a pod is placed in so the design could be improved

Good product
Delivered promptly. Good flavour. Compatible with machine. Great not to be trying to dispose of environmentally harmful pods.

It’s ecologically much better, we’ll presented and arrived very quickly.
Great to have guilt free ‘nespresso’ Coffee, but it doesn’t taste quite as good (in my view) and for some reason it upset our coffee maker so that it kept discharging water after the cup was full....

Great flavour!
Stronger flavour than a previous compostable pods which is great! i will look to now buy the other bean / decaf versions

Fantastic tasting coffee
A much fuller coffee aroma than any capsule I've tried previously... and I've tried a few!Any capsule I've tried before tends to sacrifice a little flavour for the milkiness of the froth... not these, you still get a lovely rich (but not overly strong) coffee taste and nice foamy froth to boot. Perfect!The taste and eco-friendly nature of the product are enough to warrant the premium price.Will purchase again.
