Can this be used for Hard Candy or high heat products?

Yes... gel coloring is used in making of hard crack 302° stage candy. I use it in candy apples.

These colors were excellent for eggs. They left deep, beautiful colors. For best results soak eggs in a bowl of water with 1/4 cup of vinegar added to it for 30 minutes.

I just ordered my package and found that it did not include most of the colors shown in the picture, was I accidentally sent the wrong set?

I had the same problem but when I tried to leave negative feedback it wouldn't work. But I ended up finding the same brand in the colors I need at hobby lobby since it was short notice.

Can anyone tell me what if any allergy information is listed for these colors? My mom and sister are allergic to shellfish and nuts
