Consuming it for now, but upgradeable to other premium product!!!!
It seems this is 3rd party tested with no as such issues flagged on socials, internet etc. I am usually very cautious about Indian supplement brands and DONOT easily trust them when it comes to purity, toxicity etc. There are other international brands available with much stronger 3rd party testing which seems more reliable but they are expensive. Hence using this for now, but I am thinking to upgrade to a premium product with absolute reliability.No gastrointestinal discomfort after using this product, good value for money among the indian brands. Seems some doctors also recommend/use this (based on Amazon comments). Currently consuming 2 tab (110mcg) / daily for almost 3 months now. As per MK7 widely published trials, need to consume for 2-3 years consistently (180 mcg/daily) to see bone density improvements.
