Will they cut through two pieces of cardboard on top of eachother?

I really don't think so, unless the two pieces are quite thin. They work well on pretty thick corrugated cardboard, but I haven't tried anything thicker than one sheet.

Can left handed people use it comfortably?

I am sorry. I am 100% right handed. I just tried them with my left hand, though. It seems to me that they should work fine with the left hand too. I wish I could be of more help.

Will these cut through Davey board easily?

Davey board is like what is used for hard-back books? No, I don't think it would be easy but I do think they would do it.

can you cut with craft sticks?

I was able to cut a popsicle size craft stick in half, widthwise. It wasn't easy, took a strong grasp and the pieces shot out when cut. One piece cracked as well. When I tried cutting lengthwise, again not easy and one whole side cracked. I'd stick to cardboard with these. I really love them for my cardboard crafts.
