I’ve been using this waist trimmer during my workouts and I’m really happy with it. It fits comfortably, stays in place while exercising, and helps increase sweating around my waist. My waist is 26” a small fit perfectly comfortable, bought the cleaning spray with it to clean after every use. Smells good after a good cleaning. Made me sweat so much, and the quality is amazing!

Very sturdy, but I can’t wear this because I got my belly button pierced so it pushes against it and it hurts a bit. I can’t wear it while it’s healing, but before I got it pierced It was very good at shaping my waist. The velcro is a little difficult to pull apart, but at least it won’t come apart while I’m doing my workout. Before It was very comfortable and very absorbent and forgot it was there.

I bought this product during the amazon prime day. I have been wanting this for a while but i wasnt sure if i wanted to pay the price since i was unsure if it even really is effective. Luckily i got a chance to buy it at a lower price during prime day. So here's my review after almost 2 months of owning it. I use it along with their sweet sweat workout enhancer gel, the coconut scented one which i also love but be careful using that because it can leave a stain on your shirt. Anyway I use this with the enhancer gel maybe once a week on average when i do my cardio. I want to use it more often but i always forget. Anyway, i am not gonna say that my inches loss around my abdominal area is solely because of this. It is me who is doing the work, i do my cardio reguarly and light lifting too at least 2 to 3 times a week. This product is not something magical, you have to put in the work. But i know that it definitely helped me lose the inches faster because i am comparing my current results to my past results before i used this waist trimmer. Im only giving it a 4 star because i did not receive the storage mesh bag that is supposed to be included in this order as they advertised.

Not the best material, and very small actually for a waist trainer so you would wanna go 1 size bigger than your actual size when waist trainers are supposed to be one size down!
