Glad we bought it!

The instructions are lame - it took awhile to get it hooked up but wasn't that hard. We did have to buy a special faucett for hooking this unit up - but I am in doubt that we have a newly bought unit - I believe it is a used unit. Addiionally, there is no warranty information with the unit - nothing to explain or fill out .... One thing I can say positive - my hair is not falling out as much - I sleep better - my hip pain is gone and I am no longer taking allergy meds. yay! I guess it is working!

I was hesitant about buying this, because we have a different machine at home. But we wanted a machine at the beach. Read the reviews and decided to take a chance... Glad I got this. It works well. You can adjust the ph level up or down. So far we are very pleased
