Seems to work well. Blade is sharp. Opens easily. Seems to be sturdy.

This is a really well made, sturdy knife. Much better than the Chinese models in the same price range. I like it so much I ordered a second one.

I've only had it for less than a day but I am really liking it. The spring assist blade opens easily and the resistance closing it is firm but on overly so. I work at a hardware store so I can see a lot of benefits using this and I look forward to really testing it. Most knives are made out of stainless steel, so they're all about the same. This one is made in Germany, where I've never gotten a bad knife, so I we'll see. The knife fits very comfortably in my hands, as for the balance, don't ask me. I'm terrible at throwing them. For what I am going to use it for, I have no doubt it will be adequate. If it isn't, I will let you know.

The knife itself is great. It has a very sharp and sturdy blade. However, one of the main reasons I bought this knife was the window punch in the back end. This feature DOES NOT WORK. About a month ago, my wife and I were driving and came up on an accident that just happened. My wife spotted an older lady trapped in her car. My wife began to yell “there is someone trapped in that car”. I sprang in to action and attempted to break the passenger window as the drivers side was smashed in. I pounded the glass with the punch end of my knife about 20 times and it would not break the glass. In the process I hurt my forearm with the force I was using. I was finally able to break the glass with another punch device I had bought my wife that she had on her key chain. The mora of this story is “don’t by this knife for the glass breaking punch in the end as IT WILL NOT WORK”.

This is a very easy open knife, I removed pocket clip to shrink carry size . overall excellent product and price.
