I don't know if it is due to lectin defense but I have no more belly pain or hardly any - I do take it every day and I think it is a good supplement - will buy it again

Let me start by saying I’m not being paid to write this review. I don’t write many reviews but I felt the need to say something about this wonderful product. I originally tried this product based on the good reviews in desperate hopes it would help with my intestinal gas/bloating issues I’ve been having the last year or so. (It hit me out of nowhere and was relentless for over a year) Within days of taking this product I immediately noticed an improvement and now after taking it for several months, my digestive/intestinal issues have almost completely vanished! I feel healthier and have more energy than I have in a long time. I’m also having way healthier and more consistent poops! I had no idea what lectins even were and that they were bad until I did a google search that lead me to find this product and give it a try. I’m so glad I did! As it turns out Lectins are what was causing all my issues. This may not be the case for everyone.. but its certainly worth a try! My only worry now is if they ever stop making Lectin Defense. I don’t ever want to go back to having the constant intestinal gas/bloating issues I was having before. Thank you GoBiotix for creating an excellent product that really works! It’s been a lifesaver and I will continue to use it as long as it continues to help improve my quality of life! And as long as it doesn’t go up in price any more. Fingers crossed it comes down in price over time or Gobiotix offers a frequent buyer discount because it is expensive buying a new bottle every single month!

Because it’s capsules, it doesn’t have a bad taste and it doesn’t have a bad smell. The capsules did not stick together and they were fresh. Found them easy to swallow and definitely had health benefits. I noticed it helped me a lot with stomach bloating

I have been fighting with the challenge of keeping my intestinal and digestive system working, but have not been able to get something this close to improving my daily sanity. Thank you for coming up with such a support. I look forward to getting better and sharing my experience with friends and family. It's easy to swallow, the thickness is just right and the sheer essence couldn't be more great. When I started with the product, I was very skeptical about it. But after a couple weeks I started to notice a change in my bowels. I was not as bloated and suffering with pain from gas that I always had was evidently reduced. Taking the 2 capsules with a glass of water is very easy and I feel that this product is working well to support my intestinal health. I want to thank you for coming up with a product that has no side effects and promises to deliver some results.

UPDATED REVIEW**** The Gobiotix family of supplements is fantastic. I originally bought Lectin Defense after reading Dr.Gundry's Plant Paradox. The formulation is perfect for my body and for ridding myself of those harmful toxins so I don't feel bad after eating.Secondly, I found their Super Enzymes which help digest fat and sugar. I had been buying a separate enzyme for sugar but now I know I can just buy super enzymes! It really works well.Lastly, after sampling their prebiotic fibre, I bought six months worth because it has been helping my stomach and digestion throughout the day by starting with it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. I am a huge Gobiotix fan!I would love to sample other products so I can tell you more! ;) First review: I'm super excited about my "Lectin Defense." Reading about Lectins in Dr Gundry's book has given me a very good understanding on why we need to defend ourselves from this vicious proteins. Lectin defense has everything I need to help in case I accidentally eat something harmful. Great product. I know I’m getting the best ingredients and the ones that Gundry recommended for lectin fighting. Happy to say it’s been in my vitamin regimen for two months now.

I have symptoms of leaky gut, so I did some research and found this. On the 2nd day I used the product, I noticed changes to my "restroom time" for the better but on the 3rd day, I started having body aches and I just felt tired and grumpy. I thought it was just me honestly. Maybe I didn't sleep right. On the fourth day, I felt pain in my right side, kidney? Not sure BUT that lasted 3 more days. I continued to feel just blah too. This all just made me nervous. Maybe it's normal to feel this way at first but with COVID going on, I just don't want to end up at the doctors. I'll save the bottle and try it again later.

I had seen a very long infomercial by a doctor who has a well known competing product that deals with leaky gut and lectins. I bought his product. When it came to time to order more I went to Amazon to see if there was another product that had great ingredients, fantastic reviews and was cheaper than the product I had taken by the other "company" After reading many great reviews of Lectin Defense I decided that it was worth a try. The first couple of days I was surprised to find that I was suddenly going to the bathroom ( comfortably) every morning. Before Lectin Defense I could even skip a day. Not only did I have to go but the amount that was leaving my body was astounding. I started to feel more energy every day, not like coffee or some stimulant , but more like a mental clarity that was making me feel lighter and more energized. By week two I noticed I had no flatulence and overall my stomach was always feeling good. It didn't matter if I ate spicy Indian food , or a salad with beans in it , I felt well. I didn't have to take any antacids anymore. I am going to be a loyal customer because it works for me and is priced fairly.

Nutrients: This product relieves my symptoms of wheat sensitivity and has helped my gut heal and allows me to occasionally enjoy pizza.
