Yes I would say it’s good for Santa boots!

Q: I have a 12inch round piece of foam for a stool would this be suitable

I bought this fabric a while back, I use it for making cuffs around the top of quilted Christmas stockings, it was very suitable for this purpose. I have also used it as a soft cosy blanket for the cat's bed.
