Love this pigment, it's so pretty. I use it in epoxy resin crafts and skincare as well. It's a gorgeous, shimmery red ,just beautiful. If you're doing epoxy and you don't want it too shimmery then I suggest using either a matching red or similar red pigment paste to tone it down a bit. I personally love the shimmer but not everyone does . I experimented by using this with Eye Candy Red Tide pigment paste and it toned down the shimmer and still looked incredible. This powder makes beautiful lipstick and lip balm, so pretty. I highly recommend this powder for all crafts. This brand also has other Pigments that are also in paste form and they're just as beautiful and easy to use.

This is easy to use & has great sparkle. First time using this stuff. My project came out well.

If you are making sunscreen or skin products I recommend getting gold instead. I dont know what happened but it turn out bronze at all. It turned everything like a coral pink. Not what i was going for.

That it is worth purchasing

I have bought two other mica powders from Slice of the Moon, but directly on the website. I decided to try Amazon, and when I got my order and opened the red powder, I got a smell like permanent marker or some other chemical aroma. I did not have that with the other two which were pretty neutral in smell. I thought it might fade, but it's still pretty strong over a month later. I can't use this as it smells off, and will scent the bath n body products I need it for.

La poudre est très belle sauf qu'elle ne peut être utilisé pour faire des cosmétiques pour le visage les grains sont beaucoup trop gros pour cela. Si quelqu'un connaît une poudre extrêmement fine pour mettre sur les jours sans avoir l'air d'une fée, (lol), j'aimerais bien connaître la marque disponible dans la boutique Amazon. So sparkly!!! Out of all the mica's I bought this one is the most "glittery". It's nice to mix in with the more subtle powder for extra dimension. I've been using these powders in lotions.
