\Where do I start? This device is FABULOUS!! My mother lives next door. Alexa doesn’t wake her but this device does - just tested her ar 6am. Got multiple echo devices incase I fall but I’ve no chance of those being heard by my mother if I need her. This is super outstanding. We live in a thick wall old terraced house & the walls are no barrier. I chose what I thought is the loudest noise (she’s hard of hearing) it’s the siren sound. I could freeze to death with a fracture if I fell relying on Alexa. This is amazing!!!! When I’ve pressed it to test she’s dropped in with Alexa straightaway to check I’m ok. It really is a safe lifeline. I can’t rave about his simple gadget enough! It’s amazing, I feel very safe with it around my neck. AMaZZING!!!! Easy to set up and not complicated for the elderly to use. Reasonably priced and arrived when stated. Purchased for my mother who was worried no one would hear her if she called out, so this has given all of us peace of mind. It has been used once when the handset for the recliner fell out of reach on the floor and the chair tilted when mum tried to get up. Luckily the bell was on the lanyard around her neck and she was able to call for assistance. We are very pleased with our purchase.

I bought this for my mother who is slowly becoming weaker and has a higher chance of falling and hurting herself. In theory this is a very good product - as long as there's always somebody else in the house. However, if you're a working professional and don't work from home this is a challenge as theres no peace of mind for your family member at home. The product itself is easy to set up and great value for money and the range can span comfortably across a 3 bedroom home. I ended up returning this item, not because it's not good, it's great for what it does, but id like the peace of mind even when I am not at home and unfortunately this product can't give me that

Great little device, bought this for my friend who's in her late 80s. Wasn't sure if it would work as her home is about 3 buses in length away from my home. Works like a dream. If she needs me, she just presses the button ( which she hangs round her neck) i get the signal in my home, just sounds like door bell. Would recommend this device 110% to anyone who worries about friends or family who may be vulnerable

Amazon provided a rubbish service - initially delayed the delivery and then marked the product as delivered when it wasn't. I ordered multiple items of which one was this. The box physically was not big enough to contain everything so I opened the delivery package infront of the amazon delivery driver and it was confirmed thoughbhis systems marked this product as being in the package and delivered it actually wasn't. Amazon service was rubbish and despite the driver saying they will also report this back Amazon concluded the item was delivered. It was like to talking to a wall. I approached the product owners directly just to provide feedback. They provided me with a new product and monitored the delivery throughout. They actually listened to what I said, apologised though it wasn't wasn't fault and resolved the issue promptly. Product itself is great and exactly what I needed to place around the house. Easy and straight forward to use and manufactured well.

Loud enough (if needed). Different sounds that are not sounding like a door bell. If your cared person is not told this pager is for emergencies, and "cries wolf" too many times. It can be switched off without losing the settings, and switched back on when they are told not to abuse the alarm system. We will keep checking on you every 10 minutes, not every minute. Maybe that sounds cruel but, after an hour of walking back and forth you'll need a carer to look after the carer.

When you plug in the receiver it will automatically start playing alert sounds on the highest volume until you figure out how to switch it off Ours arrived faulty and even after we all had a go at it, following the instructions exactly, it is not possible to change the alarm on the receiver. We are set to only one. The most frustrating problem for me is that it is a wall plug item. I wanted it to sit on my desk and it was not clear from any of the product images that it plugged directly in to the wall.

Ordered 2 receivers and transmitters, initially have to pair both of them to ring with any of the transmitter. Range is very very good. Nice product.....just missing fall feature for adults where it should auto alert in case of fall.....anyway does it job well...premium quality........

As fine, effective product for aged and infirm persons with mobility inhibitors. Competitively priced and well made. The only doubt I have is that is not shower proof. But then that would make it a lot more expensive. So. Trade- off. It does the job well with good options as to performance.

I bought a set at the request of my mother. Although skeptical at first, it's super simple to set up and customize the sound options. It comes with batteries already installed on the buttons. You simply plug in the caller boxes into the wall and then press the button and it'll sound off. By pressing down on the side button of the caller box, you can work your way through different sound alerts, choose one, then finalize and set it for your button. I now feel more at ease knowing my mother and father have this set in case they need to call one another due to a medical emergency. Simple mechanics but fair price and utility.
