Does What it Does
This product does just what it says it does, dampen sound. The change is subtle, and noisy components will still make noise. In my system, this product did an excellent job on mid-to-high frequency noise, less on lower frequency. The adhesive is very sticky. so place the pieces carefully or you may not get a second try. I'd buy it again for a new machine.

High quality
High quality. However, it will only help for quiet systems. Not for gaming rigs, not to mention it does increase tmps.
