Hi, is the conditioner silicone free?

I believe it is..... silicon free....I cannot see anything that looks like silicon, it does contain Panthenol.

Does this scrub dissolve when applying? I used a scalp scrub before that didn’t dissolve and I was remaining with small pieces in my hair every time.
