Can the backstrap be tightened? I have a narrow ankles.

The back ankle strap is sewn in on both sides to a side strap that comes out of the sole at both sides. Do not count on being able to tighten or loosen it based on adjustment of the top strap. In reality, it does not work.

Is there a reason why this company can’t seem to give you the same colored sandals????

It may seem odd that the sandals are not exactly alike. However, they both contain the same color combination. Wearing them, they look great together and are so very comfortable. I love mine!

Yes, the two shoes don't match, color-wise. That's the thing I love the most about these shoes. The straps are different, ON PURPOSE.

Hi..I really liked these sandals- in the picture. The style is so cute and they are comfortable. However… I am so sorry to tell you that the colors do not match. I was expecting the colors in the ad and as well, expecting them to match. None of those colors were present on the sandals I received; all pinks and greens, reds, browns…not matching. Some people like them mismatched, I guess, but I don’t. And I expect that yours are not likely to match either. So.. I returned them. I believe you are taking a chance if you expect them to match, but if it doesn’t matter.. Happy shopping… 😁
