My mobile home was on the market for a few months. Since it was a mobile home, it didn't qualify for a conventional loan, had to be cash or in-house with the realtor company but still with large amount down. A friend told me about this... I laughed and am a believer in God but not not a holy roller or especially in this sort of nonsense but figured there was nothing to lose but the $9 or whatever it was. It arrived in the mail, and I opened the package to look at it and read the directions. Placed it on the counter top but a week later, before I even got motivated to burry it, there was a buyer for the home and it sold. There's something going on with this statue my friends.

My daughter and her husband were selling their house, had a lot of lookers, but no offer. I purchased this statue after reading the reviews hoping it might help. Well, Holy Moley, I took it out the next day after receiving as they were having 2 showings late day. My son-in-law did not bury him, but set him on the window sill facing the for sale sign.....they received not one, but 2 offers that very same day!!! My daughter had snickered at the idea when I told her I had bought this, and immediately called me that evening with the good news of the offers!!! She immediately apologized for not believing!!! Even her realtor was flabbergasted as the offer they accepted was from a woman he had been working with for 2 years on finding a house that she liked!!! Pros -- Nice item, small, in a drawstring pouch. Comes with instructions and a prayer card.Cons - it's been 6 weeks and our house still hasn't sold. Yesterday I dug up St. Joseph, took him out of the pouch, and reburied him in a sunny spot closer to the road. Maybe that will do the trick!
