Pilot Birdy Stainless Steel Body Mini Ballpoint Pen, 0.7 mm, Black Ink (BS-40S-S)

This is the perfect pen to pair with a pocket notebook or in a small folio. The length and width are not too small and the pen is comfortable to write with, but at the same time, this pen is super slim. For comparison, the pen is about the width of two quarters and a nickel stacked. This pen writes exceptionally smoothly and the ink is fast drying, bold, and vivid. This pen just feels well-made—the click action is smooth, the clip is strong, and the pen feels solid.

Very small skinny pen. Fits good in small spaces. It writes smoothly and is one of my favorites. I have a very small shirt pocket for pens and it fits very well.

What a great little pen! I actually just ordered a third. First 2 are permanently attached to their notebooks. The third pen I keep near my chair. It fits easily into the spiral sides of miscellaneous notebooks. Pen writes cleanly, clearly, no blots or skips it’s also very comfortable to hold when writing. I confess to being a lover of office supplies, this just edged out 2 full size pens in the favorite category.

When you get pens this small, the fact is that they are going to be harder to hold/use than a full size pen. That being said, I love the metal body, and most pens this size don't maintain a 'clicky' aspect that I enjoy using as a fidget toy. Beggars can't be choosers, and the only 'fault' with the pen (it being so small) is by design.

My favourite pens. Very small, so probably only useful for someone with small hands. They're a very useful size to chuck in a pocket or attach to a notebook.

le Pilot Birdy ( 11,1 x 0,7 ) est légèrement plus volumineux que le Zebra T3 ( 9,9 x 0,6 ) mais doté par ailleurs de belles finitions au vu de la taille réduite & d'une écriture très souple sans accroche bel article . . . à recommander
