Will this work for larger regular round balloons (7 inch to 36 inch balloons)?

I think it would easily handle larger rounds. I use it primarily on 260Qs. It goes 2 hours straight no problem on battery. I think it would do 3 but haven’t had to test that theory. I would think since the larger rounds are easier to blow up it would go even longer without overheating.

Does it comes with the black box shown in the images?

Yes. Not sure how you would access the inside or change the battery.

Does this come with the balloon cutter?

Yes on the back and it works great. I am a Shriner clown and it comes in handy with large crowds.
