Great Workout and Walk Socks
Okay, so I'm 6 foot, about 250 pounds with an 11.5 US foot 4E extra wide, working out hard on weights the past 3 months and I walk a good pace about 3 miles a day. I've gone through a few sock tries...and the Swiftwick I bought a set...and now a second set....and will probably get a set of white ones. The price for a 3 pack....is beyond worth it. I'll say this, I sweat like very few humans, ha, always have even when I was thin in high school football. I'm getting back to that, but still sweat big time. Some socks get wet and crunch up in the shoe, and they are not good. These stay nice and tight, don't bunch through any workout our hike/walk I've done. They are great socks. I'm not running anymore...too hard on the joints and not enough benefit vs walking, so I can't say how they work for runners.

Perfect sock!!
These are the best socks for active wear. They absolutely stay in place even when I am teaching my dance classes for over 2+ hours. I never have to readjust them--they stay perfect all day long. Great product! The small are perfect for my size 6.5 feet.

I live the socks, but wash them by hand because they tend to pick up lint or pet fur.
