Garrett GTI 2500 Pro Package Metal Detector

At last - My GTI 2500 was sitting at my doorstep this morning. Not sure what happened, but it was well over two weeks late and the bottom of the package was soaked.I had attempted several times to contact Amazon, but received zero feedback on what was happening.That said, upon opening and looking at everything, the Garrett GTI 2500 is everything and more, exactly what I expected in a Garrett. The kit itself looks like it came with everything promised, a little damp, but in complete working order.I thank you for getting it to me and yes, I would order from you again.-Bill

A very good demo DVD video comes with it to explain all of the features along with a pocket user guide. It is very sensitive and seems well made. The information on LCD display is clear, and there are many presets for searching for specific types of targets in numerous train environments and depths. Sensitivity seems very good, but the many LCD programming options will take a good bit of study and practice to get proficient enough to really take advantage of the detector's capabilities and flexibility. Most of the buttons have multiple functions, and as you make changes it can be complicated to know where you are in the settings. I'm still testing it out, but it's obviously very capable and cleverly designed. It comes complete with a large carrying case, batteries installed, a separate cover for the LCD display, and good documentation and demos.

Garrett Metal Detector GTI 2500 Pro-Package Special Plus 5 Accessories I bought a Garrett Pro 2500 metal detector from Detector Electronics Corp. At first I was not happy with my purchase, because it did not come with one of the options that Garrett advertised on their website. After contacting the company and talking with Michael Bernzweig, he actually bend over backwards and made it a point to send me at no extra cost the items that were missing from the options. He even added some extra items to the order just to make me happy. I will certainly do business with Detector Electronics in the future, their customer service department certainly took care of me. I will definately give them 5 stars in satisfaction. THANKS A MILLION!!

I could go into a long drawn out review about the features and capabilities of this unit, but I'll keep it simple. If you are looking for an advanced Metal Detector to suite all your needs and searches, this is the one. Features, Lots! Unique settings and modes, awesome depth detection, Great function display, add-ons, accessories and much more! After researching the history of Garrett I was convinced I was getting a quality product and I was right. Happy Hunting!

As described, packaged good, quick shipping. I don't have much to compare this one with, but I am very happy with the quality and precision. I have found a few pretty neat things so far.
