Call them all, sound effects for thanksgiving
It makes noises like a turkey. I don’t know, how it does for hunting, we used it as a turkey sound effect with a costume. It worked really well for that. It’s pretty loud.

Brings toms on the run
Been using this and other Cass Creek calls for years and have shot at least a dozen gobblers primarily using this call and the older Cass Creek calls with a remote speaker function as well as handheld. I've had a couple wear out after 4 or 5 years, but I've also had a couple last nearly 10. Given the relatively low price I'm fine with their durability. I do use them in combination with mouth and box calls because you can never tell what a turkey wants at any one time. But I've had plenty of them come on a dead run to these alone and it's the first call I start with every hunt.

Just works
I used this crow version of this call and it works well, shot many many crows using it… it flat out brings them in… I use the mouth call some times but this call works well when you want to be ready better… put out some crow decoys and have some fun knocking off those suckers off…

Haven’t used in field yet but I’m hopeful.
I have put batteries in this and tried it out but not on actual boar yet so bear in mind my review is more about the quality of the hardware. Firstly I’ll start with the volume level. I’ve read that boars can hear pretty well at over 100 yards. This call may be just loud enough for me to hear at 100 yards so the boar should have no issue with volume. There’s also a nice power switch on the volume wheel so you don’t bump the device and set it off. The calls themselves last over 10 seconds, and I didn’t want to continue to anger my dog much longer but they may actually be continuous loops no worries though, they can be turned off by pressing the button for that call again or turning off the device. The mounting options are limited seeing as there is a plastic loop on top for a non included lanyard and nothing else. I would’ve liked to at least have seen the option to mount a clip like the older model. I love the rubber grips around the edge it’s a really nice touch. And finally, about the sound quality. This will depend on what volume level you have it at but it’s probably a 5-7 out of 10. It’s has that same cheap sound to it that you find in a McDonald’s toy while also being fairly clear sounding it’s a weird experience. Regardless this wasn’t meant to help me feel the beat, it’s meant to call boar and I think it’s clear enough for them (no static or anything it just has zero bass at all). I hope it works but it also didn’t make me skeptical to return it (once I try it I won’t be bringing it back home so I’d have to return based on build quality).

A friend recommended this item to me and I couldn't be happier with it. The call produces 5 different turkey sounds that are natural, and this feature allows you to adjust your calling instantly as needed. This turkey call works great and the price is right. Another friend and I both bought one of the calls and used them together on a late season Spring Turkey hunt in 2017. We kept 4 hens to the N of us talking to us while a jake came in from the E and a longbeard came in gobbling to our set up from the SW. We were alternating between the yelp, purr and gobble and the call couldn't have worked any better in making for a successful hunt. I recommend this turkey call to any avid Spring Turkey hunter.

Gobble Gobble Gobble!!!
Dude, this thing is awesome! I bought this to annoy my family on turkey day…they are going to be very upset with me lol. I’ve been using it at work and annoying my coworkers, it’s been very effective so far. I wish I could say I bought it for what it was intended for, hunting, but no. I’m sure it would work well in that capacity though. It’s loud, has a clear sound and batteries are still going well. It fits in your hand well and easy to use. Having lots of fun with this. I’ll probably take it to the grocery store next to harass customers buying turkeys haha! Well worth the money for me!!!

Gobble gobble
I got this as a gift for someone else. He seemed very happy with it, and as someone who's never hunted turkeys, I'll say that the calls sounded very crisp and clear. I didn't notice any static or other unwanted sounds to make me think "not a real bird," so I guess it passes the quality test. And from my brief time playing with it, I'm sure it's far more convenient than the wooden box callers. On another note, you guys do realize you can buy turkeys at the local supermarket, right? It's not like venison -- these birds are literally at every major grocery store. If you're just going for the fun of the hunt, you could instead go to the store wearing tattered t-shirts and blue-jean shorts (Wal-mart camouflage) and hunt for great deals. It might not be as adventurous, but you'd still have the rest of the day to relax on the couch.

Useless
Doesn't work properly. The audio cuts out when the volume is turned up. Definitely a waste of money.

works great
called in two coyotes within minutes, up close sounds tinny and useless, walk 100 yards away then listen!!!! The tone is perfect as far as I'm concerned, have called in more coyotes and other predators than I can hit!!!

La bocina no resiste mucho volumen
Suena con ganas, pero si incrementas el volumen de golpe, se distorsiona. Es un buen juguete, pero se esperaría más para decir que es instrumento de caza. Aun así 5 estrellas
