Everything is as expected except that the free XBox live and and game pass trial offer expired 4 months ago. Make sure that is either up to date or that your not counting on it as a reason to purchase.

My sixth grade daughter is really getting some use of out this during the quarantine. She especially loves Just Dance 2020 and Minecraft. Setting accounts, users and permissions up on this system was not fun, not intuitive and not easy. Seeing as how I am the go to person in my family and at work for all things tech related it is ridiculous how much time I have spent on this. The price on this gaming system is high considering it is just a platform for subscriptions and other purchases. I regret this purchase.

A Christmas present for my son. A Xbox One S with two controllers... and a free gold pass for 3 months, plus other amenities..And the price was amazing... I was surprised it was not that expensive oh, so to speak

Set up was simple and easy. No issues.

The wife and I are retired and were bored, and one of our kids recommended an Xbox. Wow!

Xbox came fast, but power plug was for UK not the states, just happen to have an extra, so no biggie there, the controller that came with the console did not work, always moved cursor down no matter what I did, and there was no 3 month game pass at all, like it said in description. No way to contact seller so disappointed over that. Hope this reaches the seller and he can make it right.

Son loves it works great, only issue I have is the power supply plug seems very cheap, it has to stay in at a certain angle and will pop out if its touched that's the only bad thing so far I've found.

Nice console. Good value but Amazon fails to mention that the game pass and xbox live that come with it expired in June of 2019. It's now March. If you don't get the passes with the console then don't advertise it. Seems pretty misleading to me.

The Xbox itself has been great. Product was exactly as expected and, other than being new to Xbox and having to learn how to set up and use it, we have enjoyed the product. That being said, the voucher for the XBOX GAME PASS HAD EXPIRED by almost a year previously. I contacted the company and after some back and forth, they agreed to send us a code for a free download of Forza 6 in lieu, which they did but THAT CODE HAD ALREADY BEEN USED! I communicated this back to them and have had no response since. So...if you feel this product is good value for you even WITHOUT the free subscriptions, then you will be satisfied. However, if your counting on those subscriptions, don’t order this product.

Was supposed to come with a 3 Month game pass only came with one month. Only refunded money for one month

The 3 month Game Pass and Xbox Live Gold trial was expired upon receiving the package. This is false advertisement and very misleading.

First time buying electronics off here but it shipped fast, works fine and am pleasantly pleased
