This waist trainer holds me in real good I’m 5’6’ and 175 pounds I ordered a size large and I can get in the first row of the hooks which I love because the more stomach fat I lose I can go to the 2nd and 3rd row of hooks for a even tighter snatch. It’s long enough for me I received it today and I have it on for 6 hours now and it’s so comfortable I might just sleep with it on. If you are able to hook all the hooks from bottom to top you should be able to zip the zipper as well I did have to lay across my bed to get it zipped all the way up it’s snatched but nowhere near uncomfortable great buy and price. Even helps support my back where I have arthritis in my lower back. Coverage is great as well.

I started use mine a week ago and I already love it. I used the sizing chart, even though there were mixed reviews based on my height and weight, and I am so glad I did. The first time you put it on it is going to be a bit tight, but that is a good thing. I can feel the difference in my waist already, and I LOVE how I can fit into all my old jeans that I couldn't before while wearing it. As my waist gets smaller and I grow "out of" this size, I plan to order a size down. Only thing I would change, is that it be altered a bit so that wearing a regular bra is a little easier. As of right now, most shirts look better with a sports bra and the waist trainer, only because of the skin over the top. But if you are also eating right and exercising while using this, that should not really be a problem. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a waist trainer that is not only comfortable but high quality.

Size is slightly small despite the size chart saying a size 12 is a medium size. But this product works in a smaller size. Since I bought the waist trainer without straps I am having a slight issue with the fabric rolling up at the top and bottom. But the product makes my back feel supported and my waist feel sinched in. The double hook and zipper design makes getting the product easy and effortless. I love the addition of the hook on the outer zipper portion to help to get the zipper up. I was worried about the metal structure design but it provided structure and support without pinching or stabbing. Working out in this product is comfortable and helps when I am doing weight lifting. I would give this product a 9/10 and would recommend it to my friends in a heartbeat. Great material, easy wear, comfort, and results. I personally would like to try the waist trainer with straps next time just to see if the fabric rolling up is eliminated. Amazing product!

Let me start off by saying, This is a great corset- the material and hardware is great quality. My only qualm though is the sizing chart provided is off. A lot of these comments will confirm that as well. A lot of people were able to size down and that’s what i did but i needed to go 2 sizes down. The chart tells me I needed an XXL but according to the majority of these comments I decided to go with an XL. I wasn’t able to try it on until about 2 weeks after i got it but after one day of wearing it (for maybe 6 hours), the next day i was able to put it on the second column of hooks. now after 3 weeks of NOT wearing it consistently (I’d say i remember to put it on maybe 2-3 days out of the week), I can now use the third column of hooks. At this rate, this waist trainer will be too big for me in another month, which is essentially now a waste of money. I don’t want to have to buy a new waist trainer every 2-3 months, that’s not how it should work. Advice to the seller: Please consider updating your sizing chart.

I love love love this waist trainer. I will say when I placed my order I though I had picked the vest type and I thought I ordered small not xs however I love the xs and that it’s not a vest. I am 5’4 and a half and weigh 145. I was reading a lot of reviews and someone mentioned they were 156 and 5’5 and they got the small and thought they would maybe had preferred getting a xs and I was going back and forth and since I bought a waste trainer before I figured I’d just get the small just in case xs was too small. Then once the other was going through I realized I placed the wrong order on the style and size but any who I figured I’d keep it that way and hope for the best. I took some before and afters, let me know what you guys think ! I like my waist trainer to fit me pretty tight/ snug and to not make me look like I have love handles hanging at the top or bottom of the waist trainer. I think it fits my body perfect for what I want and it’s barely at the first hook so I’m happy to see if I can get to the last hooks. My goal with the waist trainer to get that hourglass figure I dont really have a shape to my body so I’m hoping this helps 🙏🏽.

I was very excited to try out the new waist trainer when I got it since I read so many good reviews about it. I followed the sizing chart you provided on the website down to the T to make sure I got the exact size. However, it turned out to be too large for me. I was disappointed because I absolutely LOVE the quality. The fabric is comfortable, and the design is very convenient with the zipper and hook Waist Trainer Corset For Weight Loss Tummy Control Sport Workout Body Shaper Black at the top. It would’ve made a great workout waist trainer because it is flexible, easy to move in, but also provides great support. The reason I did not dock a star from the review is because although the fit wasn't perfect, when I contacted customer support, they were prompt and offered to ship me a smaller size free of charge. I could tell they actually care about their customers and the quality of their products. It's also hard to get the perfect sizing for everything since it is a range so I don't blame them. I am actually very impressed by the customer service. Not a bad purchase!

I want to like this... I really do. When I opened it I thought it would be too small but it actually stretches. A LOT... So much that after 2 hours of wearing it I have moved it to the tightest hooks and still have no support. I got this mostly to hold the flab in but my "mom pouch" pops out from below the waist trainer if I move around in it. I ordered a large based on my measurements but I'm thinking I should have got a medium instead. It's breathable but not comfortable. It rolls up and the spine in the back is painful but this may be due to it being too big? It does shape my sides nicely... But now I look like I'm pregnant because all of that flab is up front. Haha oh well I guess! I just wanted it so I could feel comfortable in dresses again but I don't see it happening. As for weight loss? This won't do it. It does make me not want to eat as much because feeling full is extremely uncomfortable in it so if that's what you need then this is perfect.

I had a baby 8 months ago but my abs split apart during pregnancy. They still haven’t healed back together all the way but at one point I could fit three fingers in the gap. This made me look pregnant. I still have people assume I’m pregnant at 8 months postpartum even though my gap can only fit one finger width apart. Previously, I used another postpartum pelvic band/waist support but it was Velcro and stopped sticking. I wore that one on the outside of my clothes. This time, I chose this waist trainer because I could wear it under my clothes. I will say it makes a significant difference in appearance. I look SO curvy and skinny! I am Pretty thin everywhere else except my belly right now, so wearing this gives me confidence. My husband is instantly drawn to me when I wear this, and it’s breathable and offers lots of support. The only reason I took away a star is for the comfort—it’s not so much uncomfortable while wearing but the after effects are undeniable. Perhaps it’s because my posture is still bad from nursing two kids, but I hadn’t noticed any pain from the other postpartum pelvic/waist support that also addresses posture. This one must be so extreme because the only days I have worn it, the nights put me in excruciating back pain and I cannot sleep comfortably. My neck, back, and even tailbone keep me up at night and I’ve NEVER had these issues prior to wearing this waist trainer. I’ve also not done anything out of the ordinary nor injured myself while wearing this. So fair warning to those looking to buy this: it can be painful after taking it off.

Standing normally my waist is 69cm (27.1"), and sucking in as small as I can get I'm 62cm (about 24.4"), so a Small should have been tight on me. I ordered the XS and it was was way too big. I could do it up on the tightest knotch with ease. Certainly wouldn't help with waist training/loss/slimming etc and would have even been baggy. I am an Australian size 8. However, from the very little I tried it on, it seemed very good quality and a great product if it fit. Customer service was amazing and they refunded me the full amount. Thank you!
