This is a flavorless powder that I add to my morning coffee-although it "thickens" the liquid, it doesn't add any flavor. I definitely see the benefits of it, my nails are thicker and my hair and skin seem healthier. It doesn't take much effort, although I would recommend getting an Amazon wireless milk frother to go with it, to make sure it is stirred into your liquid of choice well.

This disolves very quickly and without clumps. Completely tasteless. Looking forward to results.

I had been using a liquid collagen for about a year before seeing a popular trainer promoting her friend’s product on TV. I have purchased Alaya Multiple Collagen three times now and am pleased with how quickly it dissolves and doesn’t change the taste of my black coffee. I’m 75 with thinning hair and weak pealing nails. Since taking Alaya I’ve noticed less shedding of hair, my nails grow quickly and my joints don’t bother me as before. I personally don’t notice a change in my skin, however, I have gotten more compliments on how great I’m looking since taking this product, so something must be happening there also. I love the fact I take in 8 grams of protein with every serving making it easier to reach a healthier daily requirement for someone my age. I also love the fact that it’s half the price I was paying for the liquid stuff! Highly recommend!

Received it quickly. After first few days of trying the product I can report that it dissolves easily in coffee and has no unpleasant taste. I purchased this product, because my hair is thinning and my fingernails peel in layers and are very fragile. I hope this will improve both as well as help with fine lines in my skin. I will report back after taking it for awhile.

Natural replacement, stopping taking my Cosamine and replaced it with this. Dissolves easily in morning coffee, or tea. Immediate notice within 2 weeks of less knee, hip joint pain and increased nail and hair growth.

After receiving the product, I used it the first time and noted a very minuscule taste of salt to my coffee. I placed the powder in my cup, then brewed the coffee using my usual K-cup coffee. I noted some clumping in the bottom of the cup which readily resolved when I stirred it. The second day, I brewed the coffee and then added the scoop of powder and it dissolved rapidly. I will continue to use this product to evaluate its effectiveness in my health issues.

It is 2/20/26 and I have been taking this daily since 4/1/25. I missed one day. With that said, I have tracked how many servings I got from each container. First container: 45 days Second container: 44 days Third container: 40 days Fourth container: 41 days Fifth container: 46 days Sixth container: 42 days Seventh container: 40 days (it would have been 41 but I shared a scoop with my sister, as she wanted to try it) I'm currently on my eighth container. I did note that the scoop was larger in some of the containers but I just use the same scoop every time. There is a line on the larger scoop and it is the same amount as the smaller scoop. I put this in my coffee every morning. There is no smell or taste for me. I think it dissolves well if you are using very hot water (which I do in my coffee). I originally started taking it for joint issues but also hoped to maybe see some results with my aging skin (I'm 43). I'll be honest and say I haven't necessarily noticed any negative side effects, nor positive side effects. The only noticeable thing that I've experienced is that the first month, my lips felt so weird. Putting chapstick on didn't seem to help a whole lot. That went away and I haven't noticed it since. I've taken before and after photos and I'm not sure I notice a difference with my skin. Friends who look at the before think my skin looks healthier. I think it's harder for me to notice because I see myself every day. I want to love this and give it more stars but I'm waiting to do that until I see something that is significantly improved. I am giving myself a full year, so can come back and update at that time if there's any difference as many reviews have stated it can take 6-12 months to notice a difference. I just wanted to share my experience with how much came in the containers if that was helpful. I think something to consider is that the powder does settle, so if you feel like the container has less than it should just take that into consideration. As noted, I have never gotten below the serving size of 40 and have always gotten more, per my above notes. If you find yourself getting less, you can weigh and make sure you're not using more than the serving size.

I am very impressed with this product! I had been using a different collagen supplement powder for about a year. I decided on trying Alaya after seeing it promoted by a well known fitness trainer. I have only been using it for a couple of weeks but there has been a very noticeable improvement in my skin. The change wasn’t subtle, it was more like, you’ve got to be kidding me! Now, to be fair, I had been taking a different collagen supplement for at least a year. My joints definitely felt better and maybe my skin looked a little smoother but nothing like it did after only two weeks of taking Alaya. I’m 68 and a retired Chemistry supervisor that had been an analytical chemist for decades. I have conducted a lot of experiments and analysis. And while this observation of Alaya does not come from formal scientific research, I am confident of my observation and conclusion. Consequently, I recommended it to my favorite gal pal. Trust me, I don’t want to be wrong on this one! 😂
