Will this work on straight hair?

Yes it does! I have used this for years and I have straight hair. I scrunch my hair after spraying then twist different sections and pin it up while it dries. After it’s dry and I take the pins out my hair looks naturally wavy/curly!

Are these products cruelty free?

Per EthicalElephant: John Frieda is NOT Cruelty-Free. John Frieda engages in animal testing by allowing its products to be animal-tested. John Friea is also owned by Kao, a parent corporation that does engage in animal testing.

I have frizzy hair caused by a thyroid problem. Will this help?

I have the same problem. I like the product. It makes my frizzy, curly hair smooth, but everyone is different.
