Nausea and Headache
I felt very nauseous and had a bad headache the entire time I took this. I tried for a week but couldn't do it any longer. I had started taking Lion's Mane with a different brand that didn't do that. When I ran out of that brand, I tried this one. This brand seems popular so I was disappointed I couldn't continue to take it. I can't say whether it worked or not and this could be only my reaction to it so I'm not saying it's a bad product. It could be fine for you.
