This is a great little adaptogen mix. I have a hormonal imbalance that causes migraines, especially around that 'time of month', as I'm sure other women can testify too, You do not need a migraine or headache on top of everything else. As painful as those migraines are, I also take adaptogens for my skin. Hormonal imbalances come with breakouts & eczema as well. I am a licensed esthetician in FL & having clear, healthy skin literally affects my job. No 1 wants an esthetician that can't keep her own skin under control. The % of adult acne among women has increased by huge amounts in the last decade. It's our diets, our environment, the stress levels we have, & the hormones, antibiotics, etc that we are constantly exposed to in our food. Because of this & the fact that more & more women (& men) are seeking treatment for their skin issues, the industry is booming. However, just like I tell my clients, you can treat skin symptoms topically & have great success, but you will always be treating those symptoms because they will always be there. Preventing those skin issues from arising to begin with comes from internal adjustments. Adjustments to your diet, exercise & so many things keep skin clear & healthy, but taking good supplements can also be a game changer. Adaptogens help your body adapt, they create homeostasis so your body can function optimally. Taking 1 adaptogen can be beneficial but many expects recommed taking up to 5 & rotating every 3-6 months. This supplement contains multiple Adaptogens at levels that can actually do something. You'll find other supplements on amazon that have 6 or 7 in 1 capsule, but the mg amounts are so small you are just wasting $. I find this supplement helps my pms symptoms, makes migraines shorter & less intense & def helps to keep hormonal acne at bay. If you deal with hormonal skin issues try adaptogens & you'll be glad you did.

I am transitioning off of prescribed medication for ADHD, and am on the 9th day on the product. I have had to go without my medication for upwards of a week in the past, and the withdrawal was nearly unbearable. I am primarily looking to lower my heart rate, blood pressure, and boost my cognition, immune system, and energy levels naturally. My heart rate has gone down SIGNIFICANTLY. My blood pressure has also dropped significantly. I have used Rhodiola Rosea in the past (prior to being prescribed ADHD) and found it to be an amazing cognition booster, in addition to assisting my body deal with stress. However, after 3 months of use I found I had to cycle off because of mood swings due to being able to function on 3-6 hours of sleep. On the Ashwa+ RR I am feeling more balanced, the edge of withdrawal has been minimal, and I am looking forward to the long term use of your product. Sleep has thus far not been an issue, and I take the product in the morning. The synergy between the two herbs+ the bioperine for absorbtion is doing wonders. It is working much faster than anticipated, and definitely under stressful conditions. I hope this helps.

Got these to help with pms symptoms. I take them for the ten days leading up to my period and then stop them once my period begins. Works wonders!!!

Its been only five days since I've started taking this. I was very moody and stressed to a lot of things going on my life Work, School, Awful Work mates. I've also started to get mood swings lately specially after I started a Nofap journey. my therapist told me that I don't need any SSRI medications or an anti depressant THANK GOD. So I though to give this natural remedies a try. And its AWESOME. It won't make you high though. But it takes the edge of stressful days, helped me to sleep 9-12 hours after getting used to sleep only 5-6 hours. And overall helps you to clear your head. I just hope that it's safe and doesn't create dependability. I'm planning to ditch them after I finish my high school finals.

Took this for a while and didn't really notice much results from it BUT I had an autoimmune disorder going on that was too much for me to fight off with OTC drugs and supplements. Like all supplements they this may affect me differently anyway than it does you so if you are interested in this its a small investment to give it a try. I did not feel any pain releif from this and not sure of the overall effectiveness. I had no taste or after taste when taking this.

It is my opinion that this has really helped me out a lot. I run a small business that hit some hard times. This has helped me focus and not stress so badly. It only took about a week to work. I am pleasantly pleased and really surprised it has done so well for leveling out my thoughts and actions. I would encourage anyone with a little or a lot of anxiety to give this a try. I took it every day for about 45 days straight. Now I take it every few days. When I have pressing issues that cause me to worry more than I should, I take it daily. I have not had any adverse side effects. This product really works.
