Its perfect, take it with a meal, make sure calcium and iron levels are minimal in the meal for better absorption of zinc. Don't take on empty stomach, I'm fine but some ppl may puke the f out. So make sure you follow what I said to gain max benifits out of this. Must buy if your diet is low on zinc. Boosts t levels. Combine it with magnesium glicinate , vit k and vit d . T levels gets maxed out if you stack these things along with good sleep.

This is a good supplement as it contains copper also which is also essential with zinc. As zinc supplements can deplete copper level in the body, it is generally needed. I experienced stomach ache after taking pills. I recommend everyone to only take pills immediately after meals.
