Suitable for Australians......
Made to go on the side of a radiator, ours the control is vertical and at the bottom so the numbers are upside down. Hard to get hold of this item so can live with this.

Had been having trouble getting the right fitting. These are perfect!!

Better than replacing whole valve
My old Giacomini thermostat broke at the plastic and this was more expensive than some TRV's but it saved me from draining the system. It was just a push fit which was far less hassle.
