Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to a soft-bristled toothbrush. Brush teeth gently in circular motions, holding the brush at a 45-degree angle to the gums. Brush for two minutes, covering all surfaces of the teeth. Rinse thoroughly with water. For best results, use twice a day.
