Quality Faucet
This is a quality faucet through and through. Very smooth and machined flawlessly. Fits sink holes perfect. All the components fit precisely and easy, very easy, to install. The flow pressure is good . However, there is no reducing spray pressure. The sprayer goes full speed ahead, no pun intended. The liquid bottle attachment works nicely and the appearance of this faucet is first class. We have received quite a few compliments and others want one.Another success product by Koehler. Highly Recommend.

Solid
As a plumber, I usually avoid Kohler faucets. However, I needed a single hole kitchen faucet, but abhor the single handle types, which is about all you can find now. This one fit the bill....it's a solid unit and operates smoothly. The head is a bit flimsy, and I'm not looking forward to trying to locate new seals when it starts to drip with age, but for now it was a great choice.

Problems out of the box
When my cheap builder quality faucet was beyond repair, I was initially going to replace it with a like model. Just a basic Delta faucet, but my plumber recommended Kohler for their quality. It is heavy duty and looks nice. But right out of the box, the aerator wasn't functioning well. It was spraying water in all directions making a huge mess. A brand new $250 faucet should not have aerator problems. Contacted customer service and come to find out, you can't remove the aerator at all. I was instructed to soak it in a vinegar solution ... vinegar removes calcium deposits. It was brand new, no calcium deposits. They said these can have debris even when brand new (ok, I can believe that, but a vinegar soak isn't going to solve that problem.) Again, $250 faucet and this is a regular occurrence? I thought Kohler was supposed to be quality, but this indicates a lack of quality control. I wanted to give this 3 stars because of the quality control and the fact that they built a faucet you can't remove the aerator from (will never buy a like faucet again.) But I do give credit to their customer service that after I jumped through the vinegar soak hoop, they sent out a replacement faucet head quickly and it is now functioning well. My other beef is that the base plate doesn't sit flush on my sink after tightening down the fauct. These really should have a gasket so that you get a good seal. I'm trying to put some silicone sealant around it, but again, I repeat, $250? I shouldn't have all this stress and extra work.

Stylish and functional
Love, Love, Love this faucet. Easy to install, looks great, and is very functional. I like being able to easily adjust the water temperature. The ergonomic design of the detachable faucet head makes rinsing a breeze and the easily accessible toggle switch that changes the single stream into a fan spray pattern is perfect. Having the magnetic faucet head docking makes quick work of placing the faucet head back into place. The look is stunning and totally completes the kitchen. A huge bonus of only needing a single borehole in my solid surface countertop for the installation of this faucet. Highly recommend.

A+ overall
Looks great, works great, pretty easy for even a very unskilled homeowner like me to install. Just have everything ready before you start. It could be a little bit sturdier but overall I think it's a win.

Beautiful!
This faucet is very stylish and my husband installed it himself with no problem. It is a little high so in some sinks it would likely cause splashing, it’s perfect for my basin though! The head easily comes off and reattaches once’s you’re done using the spray feature; not flimsy.

So far....
It's been a few weeks. Installation by an inexperienced guy and his teenager sidekick went pretty well.Keep in mind, we bought this because it was basically our only option. 2 handles with *Not* Awful reviews.PROS: it puts out water sufficiently. I hate when faucets take forever to fill a pot. This one is quick. I greatly appreciate that. It's a high neck faucet and most everything sits on the mid-bridge of our double sink comfortably while it fills.Sprayer is pretty strong.CONS: It needs more support. It's MILDLY wobbly. Mildly. And "wobbly" is an overstatement. The installation recommends some to use a piece of plywood under the sink to give the mounting more support - DO THIS. We're planning an alternative, post-install support to make it feel solidly secure. The sprayer is.. well, while it remains powerful, it frequently has a dribble stream in the middle of the powerful spray. If you press the sprayer button down further, it goes to full spray. When you lift your finger off the button, it continues a powerful spray, but the dribble stream returns. (Hot and cold are both engaged at 100% during this)Not a deal breaker right now. I just hope it doesn't mean more than what it is.The soap dispenser is awkward. We don't really care about the soap dispenser. We'd probably enjoy it if the plastic head was on securely and the spout didn't dispense soap PAST your hand because it's so long. Most folks need one-handed dispensing when hands are dirty, but this dispenser requires one hand to pump while the other is out under the spout. Silly, but.. there it is.OVERALL: I would prefer the handles to be on the sink top, not on the neck. I would prefer the sprayer to also be deck mounted and not in the faucet neck. It would save on the wear and tear on the somewhat "loose" feel of the faucet, which, imo, *requires* additional deck support. Sometimes, I think design and style overwhelm functionality and sensibility. We need faucets with all metal parts that are manufactured to last. They don't have to look utilitarian, but they do have to function utilitarian. We're working here. Not playing pretty kitchens. The priority is durability and function, then we'd like it to look nice. Metal construction first, utility function equally as important, then design. Never let appearance or trends render faucets uncomfortable or difficult to use.
