Do you sell a cart with wheels to go with this size

They do sell a cart. I don't know if they are available thru amazon but I have one. I got this fryer for Christmas last year. I told my girlfriend not to get me anything this year cause it won't top this.

Will the 2.5 gallon cook a 14 pound turkey or will a 4.0 gallon?

NO, these are not for frying turkeys.

What's the max temperature it can reach?

It does not have a thermostat so it will continue to heat the oil until it reaches the flash point unless the lp gas flame is turned down.

Can it be used without the basket?

We do not recommend using this without the basket.
