Nvidia Quadro 4000 GPU is rated at 80W, your i7 maybe 100W max, so you could easily run your system on a 350W PSU. In fact it would be silly to use anything bigger than 500W, you'll just be running in the less efficient low end of the power band.

A 430 watt power supply would use just a bit more then the load used by the computer since the 80 plus rating means the power supply is 80 percent or more depending on the rating after the 80+ so may see a 20 percent more used from the wall.

I can't connect my SATA drives to this. What is the correct cable or adapter to use?

You have SATA cables that connect your HDD to the Mother board. Then you will have a 5 wire ribbon cable with multi drive plugs for the HDD's and the end plug will connect to your power supply. I hope this helps . . . Bob
