Love this item! I’ve purchased over 5 postpartum bands and this one y far was my favorite. I love that it comes in three parts so you can adjust to your body. It also covers my back rolls as it can go high up! My favorite part is that it stays in place and doesn’t roll down or up. Lots of comfort. If you do use it while sitting for loooongs periods of time, it may hurt a bit but it’s worth it !

I had my baby 2 weeks ago, i ordered this a week after and have been using it for the last 4 days. I love that i get the much needed support and it is totally adjustable. I'm impressed with the quality of this product. it seems pretty durable and even if its not, the price allows me to buy another one of needed. I indeed will if i need to. i get the tightness I've been looking for. I noticed a difference right after wearing it after only 3 hours! I was pretty skeptical about buying this, now im so glad i did. Fits as expected, I'm 5'3" and was 160lbs right before my baby was born via emergency c-section. I totally recommend this if you're looking for support and for something that keeps your midsection tight. It looks pretty bulky, so I only use it around the house and take it off when I go out. Other than that, it is pretty comfortable to be in once you get used to it.

I'm 4'11 131 Lbs while pregnant. Purchased and got it in a timely manner. Material is great, very nice when I first got it. With use the elastic started to come out so when I wear my tops ontop it sticks onto each other like velcro kinda because the plastic in the belt is coming out. Had it for a month. It did help with my belly. It didn't slim it completely as you would have to exercise, but did help. I'm down to 109 now. Still got my belly so I still need to exercise it away. Comfortable, but a pain to take off and put back on if you use all 3 to go to the bathroom for me so I usually just use the one for my belly and not the small one or hip belt. It got big and not as tight as I want it now that I'm down in weight so I ordered a different ine in a smaller size. Hips usually 35 and 26 waist.

First, if your considering buying this, BUY IT! The quality is GREAT! It came as if I had bought it from a high end boutique maternity shop. The three pieces REALLY make a huge difference! I am not using this for maternity (but wish I had it after my children.) I have adhesion in my side which cause pain and bleed if I move wrong. I have been wearing a lose fitting Squeem, which has fit well but is rubber and left me with a skin infection (like Jock itch.) NOT fun! So I bought this for when I was home. It's AMAZING quality and the lower belt get the part of my stomach that the Squeem does not. It's such good quality it would last you a few pregnancy's! I could not rave enough about this products. Everything is very adjustable. I got the medium and wear a 10 pants. It's true to size! Medium probably best for a 8/10/12 after pregnancy and working to get the stomach flat to fit back into those sizes. A small 8 (before pregnancy I would get a small) a larger 12 (before pregnancy I would go larger.) Your body WILL get back into shape faster if you help it. If your on the fence? I would say buy this it's well worth the money. They even send you a shopping bag as if you had purchased it at the store! You won't find this system at Walmart, JC Penny or even Belk. I looked EVERYWHERE for a waist support. I'm VERY glad I found this on Amazon. Great buy, great price...well worth the money.

Edit to add to original review after used product: I've been using this postpartum belt for 3 weeks. I have used it daily starting 2 days post partum. You can tighten it as much as you like. Beware the Velcro loses its "stick" after a week. Abdominal binding has tremendously improved facilitating my muscles coming together and my uterus contract. If this belt was better made, I would give it 5 stars but sometimes when I sit the Velcro pops off and I have to lift my shirt to redo the belt- not practical. There are 3 pieces but if you use all 3, it's very bulky and obvious. The one piece that is large and flat I recommend that you wear backwards and Velcro it at your lower back. This way your entire abdomen is cinched in. The skinny belt, wear under the bra line as normal. The one large bulky belt can be used to sleep (I take this off to shower and sleep. If you can tolerate sleeping in it, it's better for you). I will continue to use this while in the house and use my "mother tucker" shirt when I have to run errands. I recommend belly binding as a way to help your waist return to normal quicker but I can't recommend this belt because the major flaw is keeping it shut. I intend to bind for 4-6 weeks. Original review: I can only give it 4 stars because I haven't tried it yet, but it is made better than the Belly Bandit. I purchased the Bandit for my first pregnancy and hated how it was so thick, bunched up, and was so hot. This is thin and breathable fabric. This one is similar to the post partum belt sold at babies r us. The Tirain belt is adjustable as your stomach goes down. With the bandit, you have to buy 2 sizes as you lose inches. The Tirain belt comes with multiple pieces and photo instructions. Looking forward to using this.

The postpartum belt was a game-changer for my recovery after delivery! It provided great support to my abdomen and helped reduce discomfort, especially when moving around. The adjustable fit made it comfortable to wear, and I noticed it helped with my posture too. However, it can feel a bit tight at times, so make sure not to over-tighten it. This belt is AMAZING! I've always known that I had abdominal muscle separation after my pregnancies, but I figured there was nothing I could really do about it. I've recently learned, however, that it's never too late to close the gap, so I've set about to attempt to do so. One thing that I've read that was recommended was to "splint" the muscles to help train everything back to where it's supposed to be. The first time I wore this belt set, the support was just amazing. It forces you into proper posture, particularly when sitting, but it's so gentle at the same time. I am wearing the belly belt alone to do my belly exercises, and then add the other two belts just to go about my business. I've noticed some relief of some mild but persistent back pain simply from the support into proper posture. Moreover, after just a couple of days of doing this, I find I'm naturally holding my muscles closer to where they need to be without really thinking about it, which makes my belly look flatter already. I have a feeling this thing is going to be my best friend for some time to come. P.S.: My youngest is almost 8 years old, so don't think it's too late to benefit from this product just because it's been a while since your last pregnancy. :)

I ordered this in preparation for my postpartum recovery. A week after having my baby, I decided to use it. I had used it for about a month and I can say that it's actually helped me quite alot. In terms of posture, it kept me upright and it helped me with shrinking my belly pack to almost pre-pregnancy. Mind you, I have a total of 4 children. After having 3 children, I noticed that my posture has been terrible. I would be slouching and not even realize it! I no longer use it, but I'm glad I did because my posture is so much better now and my tummy muscles are probably a bit stronger than before. The only caveat for me was the fact that it'll feel itchy after wearing for a while and it also left plenty of wear marks. It was also quite a bit of work with 3 pieces to wrap around, but nonetheless, it was a good investment.

Long term use will give results, gets a bit stretchy and looses these small particles of the sticky end, which gets annoying and sticks to fabric of your clothe, but good product otherwise

Super thick belts so you look like a thick sausage which shows under clothes too. Good support though if you don't mind the occasional velcro rip sound.
